I did eventually get home and manage to watch all of the Blu-Ray Fellowship. (Took me three days, what with the kids demanding attention.) Picture is insanely crisp, but the truly awesome quality of the Blu-Ray remaster is the sound. It's insanely good, best I've ever heard on DVD or Blu-Ray.
